You also need to be passionate about the job you are applying for and demonstrate a growth mindset, express an interest to learn and adapt and show an interest in the company and the role you will play will be noticed. Being passionate allows you to fit in perfectly with the role you are applying for, and employers recognise that those with passion tend to stay in the long term as they love their job. Your personality and presence on social media
What makes you unique and sets you apart from the competition? A hiring manager will be looking for someone who can fit into the company culture, so showing your personality will highlight how well you know yourself and how comfortable you are with other people, so be calm and confident in your abilities. Just like your resume, your social media accounts will also tell a story and most employers and recruiters will link you to your social media to get a better idea of who you are. They can see your interests and will get an insight into your personal life.
